Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all quotations, order acceptances, OEM/private-label manufacturing services, and international sales contracts executed by Franko Beauty Care ("Franko Beauty", "Company", "We", "Us") for importers, distributors, wholesalers, and brand partners globally. By issuing a purchase order, requesting samples, or engaging in commercial transactions with Franko Beauty Care, the client ("Buyer") explicitly accepts and agrees to adhere to the terms set forth herein.

1. Product Specifications & Quotations

All product descriptions, technical drawings, dimensional standards, and finish specifications published on our website or catalog are intended for general reference. Official commercial quotations are provided in writing via Pro Forma Invoice (PFI) or formal quotation sheets issued by our sales division.

• Validity: Quotations remain valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise due to raw stainless steel price fluctuations or currency shifts.
• Tolerances: As handcrafted stainless steel instruments forged in Sialkot, minor variance (+/- 0.5mm) in total length or weight falls within acceptable ISO 13485:2016 manufacturing standards.
• Finish Options: Standard finishes include Mirror Polish, Satin/Matte Finish, Gold Plated, Plasma Coated, and Powder Coated handles as designated per order line.

2. OEM, ODM & Private-Label Customization

Franko Beauty Care specializes in complete OEM and private-label production for international beauty brands and medical supply houses. Customization requires mutual written sign-off prior to volume forging.

Laser Etching & Tooling

Custom logos are applied via precision fiber laser etching or stamped tooling based on client vector artwork (AI, CDR, or PDF format). The Buyer retains full trademark rights and warrants that all supplied artwork does not infringe third-party intellectual property.

Custom Packaging

Private label packaging choices—including printed blister packaging, leatherette pouches, stainless steel cassette boxes, and display units—must be approved in sample format before mass printing begins.

3. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) & Sampling Policy

To maintain direct factory pricing and rigorous multi-stage quality control, standard Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) apply:

• Standard SKUs: 100 to 500 pieces per item/size depending on instrument complexity.
• Private Label & Custom Packaging: 500 to 1,000 units per artwork variation.
• Sample Orders: Evaluation samples are available for certified importers and trade buyers. Sample costs and express courier freight charges are credited back upon placement of the corresponding mass production order.

4. Quality Assurance, Inspection & Warranty

Every instrument produced in our Sialkot facility undergoes a multi-point quality inspection covering raw material testing, jaw alignment, blade sharpness, spring tension, and surface consistency.

1-Year Manufacturer's Limited Warranty

Franko Beauty Care guarantees all instruments against defects in materials and craftsmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery. In the rare event of a verified manufacturing defect (e.g., jaw misalignment or structural material fracture under normal usage):

• Defective items must be reported with high-resolution photos and batch codes within 30 days of shipment arrival.
• Franko Beauty will replace defective items free of charge in the subsequent shipment or issue a credit note for the affected SKU value.

5. Payment Terms, Shipping & Trade Compliance

International commercial orders are handled under standard Incoterms 2020 definitions (FOB, CIF, CFR, or DDP as agreed per contract).

Payment Terms

Standard payment terms for new buyers are 30% advance deposit upon Pro Forma Invoice confirmation, with the remaining 70% balance payable upon completion of production prior to shipment dispatch or against presentation of Shipping Documents (Bill of Lading). Letter of Credit (L/C at sight) is accepted for high-volume enterprise contracts.

Export Regulations & Duties

Franko Beauty Care handles export documentation, Certificate of Origin (Form A / Chamber of Commerce certification), ISO 13485 & CE documentation from Pakistan. The Buyer is responsible for import clearance, customs duties, local taxes, and product registration requirements in their respective country of destination.

6. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Franko Beauty Care respects brand confidentiality. Custom tooling, proprietary designs, client logo configurations, and private label specifications are kept strictly confidential and will never be resold, disclosed, or offered to third-party competitors.
